Groups and retreats are remarkable ways to gain insight for one's own

journey through sharing and witnessing the experience with others

in the group. Group interaction offers insights that provide ongoing

support from other people who share in similar experiences, emotions,

needs, and fears. Very often the most important aspect is in the

opportunities for an understanding in differences. Retreats afford

an opening to freedom by allowing for extended time to go into a

more intense and concentrated experience over minimum period of

two days.

In addition to retreats and groups which are already designed

and established, you can express your needs and have a

program created specifically for your family, friends, or organization.
