Q. Why are your rates so much lower than others in the market?

A: I understand how people are living in our society and the reason coaching

is becoming so popular. When a person is at a place in life where changes

need to be made they are usually not at an emotionally joyful-feel-great

place. Money is often at the core of many issues or is a problematic result

that shows up from the not so great feelings. I know many people who can

greatly benefit from coaching, who believe they can not afford it or justify

it due to the way they are living their lives and need a jump start (a coach)

to change! I believe I can be that coach and I can be part of the redesign

for the change.

I know my value! Don't doubt that for one second. I honestly and simply

want to make sure everyone gets the chance to change their lives and

see their own value and that is what I am committed to.


Q. Is there any way to reduce costs?

A: You always have choices: choose the length of your session, choose the

number of sessions per month based on your finances, use online only

coaching or talk to me about special consideration fees. I always advise

that the more you work in person with me, the faster the process, but it

is always up to you. You get the results from what you put into it.


Q: What are special consideration fees?

A: I will take into consideration anyone who is unemployed, very low

income, or who has special circumstances, such as medical bills, family

situations, etc. that I will look at case by case.

This offer is available only for full time in person or phone coaching/4 times

per month for three months or longer. You agree to pay by check in full for

three months, in advance, or provide a credit card for payment through PayPal in monthly increments, whether or not you fulfill your sessions.

Q: Who may be eligible for special consideration fees?

A: Anyone who fairly and honestly believes that their financial circumstances are different from those of other coaching clients to justify paying much less than the market rates of coaching; rates I can easily and with full integrity say I already am much lower than.

In my work with you, we will be talking a lot about integrity. Please do not use special consideration fees if you really do not need them. If you simply want to get a lower rate for three months so that you can justify personal trainers, fancy cars, tattoos, guitar lessons, lattes, maids, and other extras, please reconsider how you are looking at your life.

Integrity is about honesty, commitment, and respect, among other things. If you are spending money in other areas and want cheap time from me, perhaps you would best be served with waiting until a later date to start your coaching process. Coaching time needs to be prioritized over other expenses and events because it is about creating a new life for yourSelf and to see YOUR life differently. It is also about showing up respecting the coach you are working with and if you are not willing to value my time, then you may not be committed to the work I will be offering and asking you to do for your process and change.

When a client does not value coaching by not truly understanding the value placed on coaching by the rest of the coaching market, that person is more likely to take the coaching less seriously, or not be willing to do the exercises that define coaching and the results usually show up as making less progress, or not working the process at all, meaning not changing their life at all.

Q: When and how do I pay?

A: Payment is to be made at the beginning of each session by check or cash or in advance on the website through PayPal. Should you choose PayPal, there will be fees assessed that we will discuss before your first session.

Phone Coaching is available for long distance clients as well as those who have difficulty with personal scheduling, illness, or Colorado weather.

Q: Who makes and pays for phone calls?

A: The client does both. The client always takes the initiative to make the call. The fee is to be paid for in advance of the scheduled call either by check or with credit card via PayPal through Elaine's website.
